I understand that:

  • All events to benefit Children's Mercy Hospital must be approved by Children's Mercy Resource Development Office prior to the event/promotion or its publicizing
  • All promotional material for proposed event/promotions that include the Hospital's name or logo must be approved by Children's Mercy Community Relations before they are released. I will forward a draft of all copy and/or print materials for review prior to the event. Materials include, but are not limited to, advertising, press releases, posters, flyers and t-shirts
  • When referring to the hospital I will use "Children's Mercy Hospital" or "Children's Mercy" and never just "Mercy" or "CMH"
  • Event proceeds will be submitted to the Children's Mercy Resource Development office 60 days from the date of the event/promotion.
